特别注意这句话：

The final tiered bonuses are in ADDITION to the Bonus Air Miles (BAMs) earned from each BBB offer plus many are stackable with non-BBB and targeted offers.

Essentially this means you're getting back a minimum $10 worth of BAMs per unique offer resulting in free product or heavily discounted products if you redeem Cash miles to pay. At most retailers like Shell, Metro and Sobeys, you can redeem and earn in the same transaction to minimize cash spent.

也就是说很多 BBB 的优惠和其它各种非 BBB 的优惠是可以叠加的，但是因为 AM 的系统不是实时的，所以我还是觉得这个不可靠啊。

Shell 其实有 5 个优惠活动可以参加。

1. Buy 30L Regular Gas get 10 BAMs
2. Buy 30L V-Power fuel get 10 BAMs
3. Redeem 95 AM get 20 BAMs (Haven't seen a redemption Shell offer for a long time!) You can do this every 12 hours up to 4x but counts only as one towards the tiered bonus.
4. Spend $10 on Non-Fuel get 10 BAMs
5. Spend $20 on Lotto get 10 BAMs

我正好有一辆车加普通油，一辆车加高标号油，所以 1 和 2 都可以完成。

5. Buy the Metro Exclusive Weekly Offer item. Look for the "Exclusive In-App Offer" advertised in their weekly flyer and app. The item is usually discounted significantly.
6. Buy 3 Plant Based Drinks get 15 BAMs.
7. When you enter you AM # on the My Metro app and use any personized in-app AM offer, get 25 BAMs.

第 7 个是以前有条件的，是给新客户的。

1 和 5 和 7 很容易完成。
