但是在谷歌里搜索“perfectmind markham”得到的第一条结果如下图：

如果点击“Login to your account”，打开的链接是 https://cityofmarkhamtest.perfectmind.com/Menu/MemberRegistration/MemberSignIn，从这个链接是无法登录进入系统的，会出现如下图这样的错误：

这让人很受挫折。

其实上面两个登录网址是不同的。我们将它们放在一起对比一下：

看到差别了吗？

在谷歌上这个“Login to your account”出现在搜索结果很优先的位置，说明很多人都从这个链接来登录，坑了多少人。开发这个系统的公司将一个测试链接对外公开且一直不撤掉，这种做法实在是不负责任。

使用纳税人的钱外包出去，怎么说与本市无关呢？这是帅锅的行为。这市议员的回复不能令人满意。
